DC Ranch is an exclusive master planned community in North Scottsdale, just north of Bell Road and east of Pima Road. The area was developed by DMB Associates and home construction began in the late 1990s, with new construction continuing today. DC Ranch real estate was designed to complement and preserve the surrounding desert spaces, and consists of four residential villages:
Country Club Village: Has a 24 hour guarded gate with five neighborhoods of custom home sites, custom homes, semi-custom single family homes, attached patio homes and townhouses. Custom homes range in size from 3,000-12,500 square feet and the other housing options range in size between 1,800-5,700 square feet.
Desert Camp Village: Eight neighborhoods of single family homes and townhouses. There are one and two story options, with homes ranging in size between 1,650-5,000 square feet.
Desert Parks Village: Six gated neighborhoods, each surrounding their own neighborhood park. Comprised of single family homes, ranging in style from bungalows, ranch-hacienda style or southwestern style. Homes range in size between 1,740-5,170 square feet and have one and two story options.
Silverleaf Village: Eight neighborhoods with three 24 hour guarded gates. The most expensive homes in DC Ranch are located here and housing options include luxury villas to custom estates on 1/3 of an acre to over 10 acres.
DC Ranch real estate offers many amenities: Two private country clubs, DC Ranch Country Club and Silverleaf Club. Both have top rated golf courses and have tennis, swimming, fitness area and banquet rooms. Two community centers (Desert Camp and Homestead) with tennis courts, basketball courts, pools, fitness area, playgrounds and even a community-run theater playhouse. DC Ranch Village Health Club & Spa is within the community and has great amenities, including a tennis club and summer camp for kids. 33 miles of multi-use trails that connect the neighborhoods, as well as access to the multi-use trails of the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, which when completed will be the nation’s largest urban land preserve. Three shopping complexes with upscale retail stores and restaurants: Market Street, Canyon Village and DC Ranch Crossing. If you want to venture out of the area, Old Town Scottsdale, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarters and the Talking Stick Resort are some popular places that are nearby. There is easy access to the Loop 101 and the Phoenix Scottsdale International Airport is only 25 minutes away.
Schools: The community is within the Scottsdale Unified School District, with children attending Copper Ridge for K-8th and Chaparral for high school, with Notre Dame Preparatory High School being a private school option that is only 10 minutes away.
