Kierland real estate is located at the northeast Phoenix/Scottsdale border, around the intersection of North Scottsdale Road and East Greenway Parkway. The area was built by UDC between 1995 and 1998 and was developed to have a “main street” style with urban amenities. Housing options include single family homes, luxury townhouses, and contemporary lofts.
Single family homes are available in single-level and two-story options, with homes ranging in size between 1,600 to 3,500 square feet. There are two townhome communities, Kierland Greens and Kierland Heritage, that back onto Kierland Golf Club. They range in size from 1,100 to 2,400 square feet and were built by Centex Homes and Cachet Homes between 1997 and 2000. The lofts offered by Plaza Lofts at Kierland, each have private balconies and are located above the Kierland Shopping Center. They range in size from 1,100 to 3,500 square feet and include on-site concierge, two private reception lobbies, private fitness studio, heated lap pool, outdoor kitchen and a pet park.
The Kierland real estate is ideally situated in a central location to many neighboring communities and amenities like Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square Mall, the Jewish Community Center and the Cactus Aquatic Center, which are all between 10-20 minutes away. The Loop 101 freeway is also only 10 minutes away and easily accessible, with Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport only 25 minutes away. The Kierland area is anchored by Westin Kierland Resort, the Kierland Golf Club, and the outdoor shopping plazas of Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, which have over 70 upscale shops and restaurants between them.
